Leila Lopes (23, 1.79m, London) was crowned Miss Angola 2011. She will represent Angola in Miss World 2011 and Miss Universe 2011. Edmilza dos Santos and Elizandra Lopes finished second and third, respectively.
23-year old, Leila Lopes, Miss Angola UK, was crowned Miss Angola 2011 during the annual show held in Luanda on December 18th. Leila, who resides in London and represented the Angolan Community in the United Kingdom, stands 1.80 m in height and will represent Angola in both the Miss Universe and Miss World pageants in 2011. Leila, who works as a professional model, was born in Benguela, Angola, and is the daughter of Cape Verdean immigrants.
Born to Cape Verdean immigrants in Benguela, Angola, Lopes is a business management student in Great Britain, where she was crowned Miss Angola UK on October 8, 2010, the official representative of the Angolan community in the United Kingdom to the 2011 Miss Angola pageant held in Luanda.
